It was a superb base for one night. the staff were amicable and knowledgeable about the area. the perfect central location next to local eateries and scenic parts of Otaru added to the experience. it was just 2 km from Niagara Falls Golf Club. I had really good days staying at this brand-new hotel.

The location is comfortable and peaceful, relatively near Otaru Taishou Glass Palace. It offers good services. Definitely coming here again as our stay was very very good.

Convenient Location and Delicious Japanese Breakfast 🍳

The hotel's location was super convenient, not too far from the Otaru Museum, which made it easy for us to explore the area. We really loved the rooms and the delicious Japanese breakfast that was served here.

We had a wonderful stay at a nice and cozy place with a good breakfast. The location was perfect, close to the canal which we enjoyed every day. The room was clean and we loved the futon. The staff was friendly and accommodating. we highly recommend Plum House.

The location here is great, as it's just a short distance from Otaru Sakaimachi Street, making it very convenient.
